1. Use of our site

1.1    The Action for Action pages ("the site") forming part of this website include other materials originated or provided by us which are on the site or are on our other websites but reached via links on the site. The site is controlled and operated by us from our offices in England. .

1.2    These terms and conditions replace all other terms and conditions previously applicable to the use of the site.

1.3    By accessing the site (whether you register to use our Services or not), you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions as they may be modified and posted on the site from time to time. “You” means any visitor to this site (whether or not he/she also provides any Content to it) 

1.4    If you do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions then you may not use the site. Please note that the site is available only to individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law.

1.5    You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes, and in a manner that does not infringe the intellectual property or other rights of anyone else, nor restrict or inhibit their use and enjoyment of the site

We do not make a practice of doing so, but we reserve the right to routinely monitor or moderate any Content and may edit, reject or remove Content if we believe it does not comply with the above and, in particular, block incoming or uploading emails, comments and other Content if we believe that their content is or may be inappropriate or is contrary to our interests or otherwise does not comply with the above; and

3.1.5    If you submit any survey report or associated comments, it will be subject to 3.1.4 above. If you have submitted them to us, you will be permitted to edit them if you are logged on as a user, whether or not they are already on the site, but any changes you editing will also be subject to 3.1.4 above.

3.2    You grant us a non-exclusive, irrevocable, royalty free, worldwide licence to include on the site any or all Content that you submit for inclusion on the site, and to use such Content in any other way. You have sole responsibility for the Content which you submit to us.

4. Security

4.1    You are solely responsible in all respects for all use of and for safekeeping the confidentiality of any username, email verification and password that may be given to you or selected by you for use on our site. Nothing contained in these terms and conditions or on the site may be construed as conferring any licence or right under any trademark or copyright of ours or of any third party.

9. Linked sites

We make no representations whatsoever about any other websites which you may access through the site or which may link to the site. When you access any other website you understand that it is independent from us and that we have no control over the content or availability of that website. In addition, a link to any other website does not mean that we endorse or accept any responsibility for the content, or the use of, such a website and we shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any content, goods or services available on or through any other website or resource. Any concerns regarding any external link should be directed to its website administrator or web master. 10. Interference with our site

11.9    If any of these provisions, that is to say, any of these terms or part/s of these terms, is deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable by reason of the laws of any territory in which these terms are effective then the provision/s concerned will be deemed severable from the remaining provisions and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions which shall remain in full force and effect.

12  Privacy

12.1    We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your data is kept securely and to respect the information privacy of all visitors to the site.
