1. Use of our site
1.1 The Action for Action pages ("the site") forming part of this website include other materials originated or provided by us which are on the site or are on our other websites but reached via links on the site. The site is controlled and operated by us from our offices in England. .
1.2 These terms and conditions replace all other terms and conditions previously applicable to the use of the site.
1.3 By accessing the site (whether you register to use our Services or not), you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions as they may be modified and posted on the site from time to time. “You” means any visitor to this site (whether or not he/she also provides any Content to it)
1.4 If you do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions then you may not use the site. Please note that the site is available only to individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law.
1.5 You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes, and in a manner that does not infringe the intellectual property or other rights of anyone else, nor restrict or inhibit their use and enjoyment of the site

We make no representations whatsoever about any other websites which you may access through the site or which may link to the site. When you access any other website you understand that it is independent from us and that we have no control over the content or availability of that website. In addition, a link to any other website does not mean that we endorse or accept any responsibility for the content, or the use of, such a website and we shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any content, goods or services available on or through any other website or resource. Any concerns regarding any external link should be directed to its website administrator or web master. 11.9 If any of these provisions, that is to say, any of these terms or part/s of these terms, is deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable by reason of the laws of any territory in which these terms are effective then the provision/s concerned will be deemed severable from the remaining provisions and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions which shall remain in full force and effect.
