Transport
Welcome to the transport section!
As well as campaigning on the access barriers to services campaigner have been telling us about the challenges to accessing public transport so we have set up a section just for that.
Before you start surveying, take a quick look at these helpful hints.
- Each type of transport, bus, coach, train, ferry and taxi has its own survey with different questions.
- Download each survey from the bottom of the column to the left on this page. They come in PDF, Word and MP3 format. Please let us know if you would like an alternative format.
- Remember to add a postcode, either full or part for where you started your journey. If you don't have a postcode, please add as detailed an address as possible. We need this to plant it on the access map.
- Most questions ask for a yes or no answer but others ask for you to write your answer in the box.
- If you are not sure about an answer there is an option for that and one for not applicable, i.e if you get a coach at a coach stop and not coach station, then the station questions will not be applicable.
- Please add any other comments at the end and when people view your survey they will appear at the top before the questions. To read examples of surveys, see the surveys tab at the top.
- When you register for your account you can edit the surveys you have added if any improvements happen in the future.
- If you would like us to add the survey for you, please email, phone or post it to us using the following details.
