Staff have done disability awareness and disability training. Fire Doors heavy but can manage to get through, but there is always someone around to assist. The disabled changing room is brilliant and has a shower in it, which is easy to use and there is ample space to move about. To bring a carer if you need help with swimming etc, the charge would be £32.50 but then they can use the pool but not the gym. The indoor pool has a hoist and the outside pool has a hoist. They have a steam room and sauna and hair and beauty centre. They have a very big spacious open plan area for refreshments and also do social events in the evening. In the Gym they have a machine called Kenesis which looks brilliant cos you can do the exercising from the wheelchair, a Techno Bike also can be done on wheelchair and Power Plates which look fun. A Leisure Centre anybody can join without worrying about access issues. I would definitely recommend this Centre to any disabled people, because everyone there are so friendly and helpful and there is a nice atmosphere throughout. I loved this place so much I have joined this Centre and looking forward to using the facilities they have.
