The doors to the pool are not automatic so hard to get in. Has a hoist to get you in and out. Staff haven,t done disability awareness training. The pool where they do the Aqua classes floor raises up, but people in a wheelchair still would not get in. Chair exercises in the Gym, but again the door is not automatic. Gym itself only has machine for arm exercising. They do exercises on floor with medicine ball, but obviously wheelchair people could not participate. Changing facilities for disabled very awkward as large dip/step to come out and I nearly came put of chair so not very wheelchair friendly.
