I gave this business over a year ago leaflets and details with contacts and also promised to assist should the need arise if the business owner found problems. They have not yet made changes to over come the accessibility to gain entrance to this shop. I think the best way is to ask would the owners like themselves like their own family to sit outside in rain, gales or snow because they cannot get in to carry out business. The business has responded to this survey highlighting issues with installing a ramp in the premises and will be discussing this town manager soon.
