Action for Access has joined forces with the Orange 'Do Some Good' app to create an access survey that you can fill out on your phone in less than 5 minutes!

The new  action cuts out the need for paper forms and lets you submit the results directly to us.

Download the free Orange Do Some Good app straight to your phone or go to the website at dosomegood.co.uk and start surveying.

The app is really easy to use, all you need to do is follow the instructions and answer the list of survey questions. At the end you can add any comments and then press submit. Your results will appear on our website shortly after.

Once you have added your survey the app directs back to this website where you can follow up by contacting the business by email, letter or phone to tell them what you found and suggest any improvement they can make.

Many businesses are already providing great access for all their customers and these survey results can help show other businesses how it can be done.
